how to fix the front panel sound deosn't work

may we in the most times have some problems with the sound in the computer and this it ocure basicly with peoples how's have a desctop computer and they don't know about the fix how can they make the sound working if one of the panels in the pc's damaged or not working, you can try the another panel and may not work.
