Hey, What's going Guys ... Today we have a serious Problem That prevent windows PC from completely power Off after shutdown or when you try to put your device into sleep Mode the you wake it up ..But nothing shows on the screen even if you press on the power button .... and actually those problems are caused by a newer version of '' Intel Management Interface '' so if you have a version of this software newer than 9.5.x Like (10, 11...) ...
So you need to Down Grade to the 9.5 to fix the problem it's Very easy
